I have 700.00 worth of sort side Rtic coolers. All have failed zippers kept inside. Bur most of my issues are with there customer support team. 5 times I have asked someone fly management to call me and nothing. My issue is how many friends I’ve turned on to these. At least they could have the decency to respond to proactive suggestions. If there was a chance to give a 0 I would have.terrible product.
