Upon researching this company, they have horrible reviews. The complaints are very similar to my issues. Customer service is poor. They do not stand behind their products. They deflect the situation and in the end the customer is left with a broken cooler. It’s a shame that I fell for these frauds. I should have known better and stick with YETI.
