RTIC customer service is horrible and their products a so, so at best!!! I ordered a wheeled cooler and used the wrong account for payment and tried to cancel immediately and I couldn’t find anyway to cancel the order!!! I contacted customer service which opened two hours later and they told me it couldn’t be canceled because it already shipped ( in two hours ). All they could say is sorry horrible company I will never buy from RTIC again!!!!
