The coolers are great, but the customer support is not so good. One of the little rubber feet fell off of my cooler and I'd like to replace it. I got in contact with them and they directed me to the correct part. Great. It was $12 for the little rubber foot. Kind of pricy for such a small part, but the real kicker was the attentional $7 shipping charge. $20 for a part that probably costs them $0.25 to make. How about just charge a fair price for the parts? There is no reason to gouge your customers.
