This is a terrible builder. I also think the female owner has racist anti-black views. The homes are very poorly built and they don't seem to care about quality at all. Cracked driveway within 2 months in the home and now cracked back porch and It's only been 9 months!! The nasty Karens told me my driveway with three large cracks were "settling cracks". These people are liars and they're disgusting.
