“This is a terrible builder. I also think the female owner has racist anti-black views. The homes are very poorly built and they don't seem to care about quality at all. Cracked driveway within 2 months in the home and now cracked back porch and It's only been 9 months!! The nasty Karens told me my driveway with three large cracks were "settling cracks". These people are liars and they're disgusting.”

“My husband and I recently built our home using RTS Homes and can’t tell you how happy we are. This is a family-owned business that takes great pride in what they offer. From concept into design, building was so easy with their process. The team of employees was great to work with also. The attention to detail and building exactly what we wanted was unmatched. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is ready to build their dream home. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough to this company. Well done.”

“RTS builds very bad houses.The quality is very low. Just only the realtor is very nice, friendly and knowlegeble. They never respond or responsible for any fixing after closing. Business always sound very nice at begining, but after closing, they turn away quickly. Bad experince.”

“The whole process of choosing a home and moving in was super fast and amazing!! If I ever have any issues RTS is very quick to fix the issue!!! The entire staff has been nothing but wonderful to our family!!”
