Rubberduck bathrooms. Well purchased fire rated ceiling cladding from them with a coving trim. The initial contact was good we spoke to a lovely chap and he explained what they have and lengths available colours and thickness. We requested some samples to be sent. Now this is where it got complicated. We had to call several time to finally get an answer to where our sample were and with a little back and forth and a dozen phone calls later we finally received the samples. Now again I t became a little difficult we were ready to place the order but needed a final price which took a little longer then we feel it should have. But finally the order was placed and the delivery was booked in. We received the order and were happy with all the items sent. We then proceeded to install where we found! Now we need to point out this was not the fault of the boys at Rubberduck but rather the supplier he sent less coving strips that were required to complete the job. I called them and they were in it. They asked for some pictures which we sent and they spoke to the supplier the remaining items turned up a week later and the job was complete. Thank you Rubberduck the ceilings look amazing. The only advice I have for you lads on the phones is please respond with a little more haste to customers. But besides that super friendly super professional and always willing to listen and help where they can. Thank you
