No tracking available UNLESS you download their tracking app. Yeah, no thanks. I'm not downloading an app and making another account for no reason just to track my purchase.
No phone number to call, all you can do is chat with the bot on the website which, big surprise! Is not helpful!
How they are allowed to have thousands of clearly fake reviews on their website is beyond me.
