“I think this site is a scam. I spent nearly $200 on stamps that were supposed to ship in 2 days. A week and a half later, all I can get from them is that they are waiting on a carrier to get there. It's like a chatbot reply every time you message them. Same message. Never any changes. I still don't have my stamps and I'm out the money for them.”
“ordered a customized book embosser, there was no indication of character limit for the name, and everything on the order showed the correct name, but the actual item just dropped the last 2 letters of my daughters name with no indication or warning...customer service refused to refund or make it right...BEWARE ordering from this company!”
“I thought since no editing tools where available at the time I uploaded my logo they will do some editing on the size was going to be done to make the logo fit into the stamp, I received a bad stamp with an oversized logo that was partially showing on the stamp, no help was offered only ask me If I wanted to order again for half price, but basically same thing will happen again. Awful website, use Vistaprint instead.”
“I ordered an item and what was sent was incorrect. I tried to contact customer service and it was nearly impossible. No one answers even though a chat is offered. Finally, someone answered by email, but they clearly did not know how to help me and I’m almost sure it was an outsourced call center. Ridiculous! There are too many other companies for these products.”

I ordered a stamp. It broke after I tried it out after 6 stamps. However I couldn’t use it anyways as they didn’t finish the motto and instead of just leaving it off it ended with and. They should let people know ahead of time their design isn’t going to work. I reached out and asked and customer service said they couldn’t help me, it was going to production. They want your money, they put out crappy products.”
“I am currently being scammed by stamps.com. The company have been lying to me now for about 5 months over a refund of postage to me of $503. I’ve spoken to support reps and two supervisors who never returned my calls.”

No phone number to call, all you can do is chat with the bot on the website which, big surprise! Is not helpful!
How they are allowed to have thousands of clearly fake reviews on their website is beyond me.”
“Purchased 4 stamps. One included text followed by a logo. I was very careful with the logo placement before saving and submitting. I received the stamp with the logo placed OVER the last letter on the text. That's not what I saved. No response.”
“I just called with the Quantity and Sku# to place a order and the Customer Service Person was put off because I did not want to use the Website. A company that Wants to stay in Business especially during a Pandemic should probably Hire People that enjoy taking care of Customers and be Proud to bring Revenue into their Company. I would not recommend this Company. If they have difficulty taking a order from a customer when the Customer has Sku#s and Quantity ready that shows something is wrong.”
