I ordered an item and what was sent was incorrect. I tried to contact customer service and it was nearly impossible. No one answers even though a chat is offered. Finally, someone answered by email, but they clearly did not know how to help me and I’m almost sure it was an outsourced call center. Ridiculous! There are too many other companies for these products.
