“Purchased 4 stamps. One included text followed by a logo. I was very careful with the logo placement before saving and submitting. I received the stamp with the logo placed OVER the last letter on the text. That's not what I saved. No response.”
“I just called with the Quantity and Sku# to place a order and the Customer Service Person was put off because I did not want to use the Website. A company that Wants to stay in Business especially during a Pandemic should probably Hire People that enjoy taking care of Customers and be Proud to bring Revenue into their Company. I would not recommend this Company. If they have difficulty taking a order from a customer when the Customer has Sku#s and Quantity ready that shows something is wrong.”
