Great experience! I mistakenly ordered the mounting plate for a JL. Called the next day to stop the shipment and reorder, but it had already shipped from a secondary supplier. The rep took my new order over the phone and emailed the return label for the JL kit. I had the correct kit in 2 days. Very happy with the service! Thank you!
