I ordered this product it never arrived. It was lost by fed ex. I contacted your shipping dept and sent all the required information and was told I would receive an email that day updating me. That was last week. No email, no update. Spoke with Cory today and he let me know that my package would be delivered by UPS today...and indeed it was. Cory also reached out to see if the package was delivered. Thank you Cory & RubiTrux for resolving this issue quickly.
