Goods received as expected. Delivery within the timescales.
Overall very pleased with the service and would use Ruby again.
To get 5 stars it would have been nice if the order number stayed the same throughout.
I received a delivery notification with my order number on which was completely different to that given when I placed the order. This then prompted me to get in touch to ensure the correct order was being delivered. I was told it was due to the orders and deliveries being on different systems.
