Having received my order of some 50 x 1.8m decking boards, I realised that they were narrower that I thought, So I asked Ruby if I could return them for exchange or refund, I was totally shocked that Ruby would charge me £50+ to return them.
I agreed to this and that the carrier would collect the decking boards today Friday 23rd April
it is now 4pm and no collection !!!!!
