Excessive delivery lead time which you are not made aware of until you have completed the purchase. They then did not stick to the lead time and no communication from them until I chased. Products are ok quality, but nothing to get too excited about.
Overall not impressed with the experience dealing with Ruby and will not be buying from them again or recommending them to others.
