We drive from Colorado Springs to Pueblo just to have some Ruby’s. That’s because we don’t have one in Colorado Springs. Their salad bar is always fresh so the salad is tasty and we get a discount if we add it to another order. Usually the blackened fish sandwich or ribs. We haven’t had a bad meal at Ruby Tuesday. The service is fantastic. The waiter always makes sure we are happy and the manager is always handy. We recommend, that if you haven’t been there, go.
