“I ordered on the app for pickup. I asked for no cheese on the Philly Cheesesteak because I’m allergic to cheese but I enjoy the steak with onions and mushrooms. I go inside and sit at the bar to pickup my order. I see the waitress bagging up my order and saying out loud “there was supposed to be no cheese on this sandwich and they put cheese on it anyway”, as she bagged up my order and asked my name to match it with the order. She was prepared to give me the incorrectly prepared order in spite of the fact she knew it was not prepared correctly. I called her out on it and made them remake it, she was very upset. Prior to even bagging up my order she was cursing up a storm and had a big attitude problem. That’s no excuse for noticing that cheese was incorrectly put on my sandwich and still bagging it up to give it to me. Ruby Tuesday’s chain has seen better days and should no longer be patronized by anyone.”
“Me and my husband went here specifically for salad bar as not a lot of restaurants have that. I was not sure about the drinks as only one sangria was listed and didn’t really want the cinnamon whiskey and fireball in it. Our great waitress Taylor told me they had other sangrias and that was not listed on the menu so i appreciated her attention to detail and really was our best waitress there yet. Food was good as usual, we will be back.”

“Kailah is a terrific waitress. Always smiling and courteous. The restaurant in the villages really needs a whole makeover. Seats are peeling and exposing the foam underneath. The rugs are worn to shreds. The decor is dull and dingy and the lighting is really ugly. Please re do this location..it is a busy one and it probably carries the other locations. Food is good.. but decor is not.”

“I Had lunch with my daughter at the restaurant in Sanford NC recently. We both enjoyed our meals and the service. Jessica was our server and she was wonderful, stopping by our table in a timely manner to see if we needed any assistance. Was a pleasant experience.”

“When I arrived, I had to wait at least 10 minutes to be seated at a table. There was a waitress behind the bar that kept looking at me, but never said anything kept going into the back room coming back out go to the bar, but would never say anything and it took 10 minutes before she finally came over to see me. I ordered the Thursday promo the eight dollar single Smashburger with salad bar. And was charged was charged $10.99 instead of the $8.99 that it advertised took her forever to bring me my check to check out and I had to leave so I didn’t have time to argue with her about the ticket so I just paid it and left was very disappointed in the service and the fact that they didn’t didn’t charge me what what I ordered, which was the promotion special they charged me more for it. Do not see me returning to this Ruby, Tuesdays. I enjoy their salad bar, but due to the poor service, I will not be returning.
