“5/5 Stars – Exceptional Service That Made Our Day at Ruby Tuesday in Sanford, NC! I’ve dined at plenty of restaurants over the years—including some high-end spots where a single entrée costs triple digits—and I can honestly say my recent visit to the Ruby Tuesday on 3210 NC Highway 87 in Sanford, NC ranks right up there as one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. Not because of fancy gourmet dishes (though the food was solid and satisfying), but because of the absolutely outstanding customer service that turned a simple meal into something special. Our server, Brianna M., was a total rockstar. She’s a college student working seasonally, and it was her birthday that day—yet she poured every ounce of her energy into making sure our table felt like the most important one in the house. She worked like she owned the place (or at least held controlling stock in the company!). From the moment she greeted us with her infectious warm smile and genuine humor, the attentiveness never let up. She took our order flawlessly, checked in constantly to make sure we had everything we needed and kept the conversation light, friendly, and fun. Her positive mood was contagious, and she let her special day; (birthday) be all about us enjoying ours. When we ran into a small issue with one of our meals, Brianna handled it like a pro: immediate apology, no excuses, and she promptly brought over the manager without hesitation. Enter Daniel Custer, the manager, who was already setting a great tone from the start with his friendly greetings when we first arrived. He listened carefully to the concern, didn’t try to just “fix” the problem—he insisted on fully replacing the meal to our complete satisfaction. He assured us the kitchen would remake it fresh and exactly how we wanted. What happened next blew me away: less than two minutes later, Daniel was back at our table with a piping-hot, freshly prepared replacement dish in hand. The kitchen staff had jumped on it proactively without even needing to be told twice. That level of teamwork and urgency is something I’ve literally never experienced before in a restaurant. Bravo! Ruby Tuesday Sanford,NC, you’ve got something special here. Brianna and Daniel embody the kind of service that keeps people coming back. The food hit the spot, the salad bar was fresh, and the vibe was welcoming—but it was the people that made this visit unforgettable. If you’re in the Sanford area, do yourself a favor and stop in. “Ruby Tuesday in The Villages has the friendliest staff. Brittany and Amber (sisters) were working on our first visit to this Ruby’s. We ask for one of these girls when we go there (at least 3x a week). Richard (manager) plus the other managers always treat us so well. Felicia (General manager) is so friendly also. My family will miss coming here when we go home for the summer months. I hope they are still all working there when we come back in November❤️ Just fyi Joyce could be a little more friendly and not so stressed all the time. We don’t sit at the bar anymore when she is working. Love it when Brittany is working the bar. Always has a smile and gives us such great service.”

“Stopped at this location (Beckley WV) for lunch and their amazing salad bar (with their amazing croutons!!) while traveling. Not only did we have excellent food, we had terrific service from Lauren!! It was simply awesome & we'll likely stop there on future travels! Well done to the entire team!! 5 STARS all around!!”

“# 17 Beth S. In Milton,Florida was one of the friendliest and courteous waitresses I have been served by in a long time. She took great pride in her work and you can tell it by her constant smile and stopping by our table several times during our stay. If there were more than 5 Stars she would get them from me.”

“You fire a 19 year employee for closing 1 hour early on Christmas day, while your sitting at home or at some plush resort with your family? This is why your company is losing business. Not because of the economy but because of the way you treat your employee's. At the least you could have paid them overtime time or holiday pay.”

“Ruby Tuesday should be ashamed of themselves. They fired Jeff Cook, a 19 yr employee who took on a Christmas Day opening with volunteers only. Corp decided to fire this loyal employee bc he didn’t “force” other employees to work Christmas Day. I will never eat at a Ruby Tuesday unless you do what’s right and reinstate this good man who made you a long money on a holiday where NOBODY is open accept a few restaurants. Do the right thing, or be forced to do what’s right as was the case with Cracker Barrel! Give him a raise and an apology while at it.”
