“Offer senior menu. A hamburger, tots, salad bar and drink is to much for the average senior citizen. Most seniors would just like a burger or chicken sandwich with fries or your delicious tots with a drink.”
“My wife and I liked our food today and usually do. Their salad bar is absolutely one of the best. The distressing thing is the long wait for food and the long wait to get the bill. More chefs might help and more waiters. The rising prices will not help them recover but will probably sink them. Landscaping outside the one we go to is inexcusable.”
“Branson Mo over a year ago we stopped going to Rt everytime we went in to eat we would stand in the entrance for 10 to 20 minutes before someone would come out to great us (THEY WERE NOT BUSY). Today 10/8/6 we went back to see if anything changed, I guess not, we walked in at 130, stood there for 5 minutes, talked to a woman that had been waiting 10 minutes to be seated, there were 4 others also waiting. From what we could see most of the tables were vacant. One of the servers looked at us several times, but no help. Again they were not busy.
Sorry to see that after a new manager and a promise things would get better (NEVER HAPPENED) still as bad as it was months ago. Only 60% of reviewers recommend RT's. TOO BAD IT SHOULD BE A GREAT PLACE, GUESS THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

“Had a phenomenal time visiting Ruby, Tuesday if you go, make sure you sit in Adriana section she’s she’s a wonderful bartender. She was a tentative incredibly welcoming and makes a fantastic drink. The service was fast friendly, and she just elevated the entire experience pair that with the hospitality that is incredible we had such a great experience and will definitely be back. Thank you for Tuesday especially you Adriana.”
“Salad bar is filthy, only 2 customers in the restaurant at 4 pm. No reason for a dirty salad bar, needs a deep cleaning, grossed me out . A shame that place has gone down hill in the last few years. Ceiling vents were dirty and moldy to.😩”
“Excellent service at Ruby Tuesday airport location. Bethany, the hostess, was so friendly and Trinity, our waitress was quick with our order and on the spot for dri k refills. Food was tasty too!”

“I ordered on the app for pickup. I asked for no cheese on the Philly Cheesesteak because I’m allergic to cheese but I enjoy the steak with onions and mushrooms. I go inside and sit at the bar to pickup my order. I see the waitress bagging up my order and saying out loud “there was supposed to be no cheese on this sandwich and they put cheese on it anyway”, as she bagged up my order and asked my name to match it with the order. She was prepared to give me the incorrectly prepared order in spite of the fact she knew it was not prepared correctly. I called her out on it and made them remake it, she was very upset. Prior to even bagging up my order she was cursing up a storm and had a big attitude problem. That’s no excuse for noticing that cheese was incorrectly put on my sandwich and still bagging it up to give it to me. Ruby Tuesday’s chain has seen better days and should no longer be patronized by anyone.”
“Me and my husband went here specifically for salad bar as not a lot of restaurants have that. I was not sure about the drinks as only one sangria was listed and didn’t really want the cinnamon whiskey and fireball in it. Our great waitress Taylor told me they had other sangrias and that was not listed on the menu so i appreciated her attention to detail and really was our best waitress there yet. Food was good as usual, we will be back.”
“Salad Bar a "hot mess"! Black Nats from ome end to the other. Cucumbers frozen solid. When brought to the attention of our waitress a young man went up, looked at it and did nothing!”
