“I’m writing this review not because of food quality or service on a typical day, but because of how Ruby Tuesday treats the people who keep its doors open. I recently learned about Jeff Cook, a general manager who dedicated 19 years of his life to this company. After nearly two decades of loyalty and leadership, he was terminated following Christmas Day—after corporate made the decision to open on a major holiday and placed the burden on him to execute it. Rather than forcing his staff to sacrifice time with their families, he chose to operate with volunteers—four people total, including himself. Because Ruby Tuesday was one of the only restaurants open, they were overwhelmed. They worked nonstop, missed Christmas with their loved ones, ran out of prep due to unexpected demand, and still did their best to serve guests. When the situation became unsustainable, he closed the dining room early while continuing to fulfill to-go orders. For this effort—for protecting his staff, for leading by example, for doing the best he could under impossible circumstances—he was fired. That decision says far more about this company’s values than any menu item ever could. Restaurants are built on people, not policies. When a company punishes long-standing leadership for showing humanity, it sends a clear message: loyalty is disposable, and compassion is a liability. Until Ruby Tuesday demonstrates that it values its employees as much as it values profit, I cannot support this business. No holiday meal is worth sacrificing basic decency.”

“It wasn't anything wrong with my food. I just wanted people that have a heads up about the man that's in charge there. Oscar Rivera, when Ryan's was still standing he became the general manager there but he got embroidered in controversy. He was taping his cell phone under the employee restroom sink any position to where he could see the employees using the restroom. He immediately stormed out during a shift and the police and everything came. I don't know exactly what came from it but to see him working in the food industry around young teenage girls that are servers makes me sick.”

“We just left Ruby Tuesdays . Worse service ever. Paid $96 , never got food . Asked for it to be put in to go box. Never got it We finally just left with no meal that was paid for”

“We went to the Ruby Tuesday in Jacksonville on Monument Road and were SO pleased! When we walked in the hostess was very welcoming and friendly. Our waitress, Mia, was wonderful and very friendly and attentive. We made sure to ask for the manager and met Mark. We told him how much we loved the grilled bourbon chicken and broccoli! He was very appreciative of our compliments and made sure to tell the cooks! We will definitely go back!”

“We had a sarcastic server that never checked on us. Also maybe 3 other tables seated in the entire place. Should've been the first red flag. Thought I'd try them again since the last time the food made me sick a yr ago. But once again salad bar made me run for the bathroom 2x. The special they advertised for 9.99 wasn't the case. 14.99. False advertisement! The place was filthy, seats all torn up. Windows and walls grossly dirty. It was disgusting. Never again! All around terrible experience!”

“We are at the Ruby Tuesday in Bartow tonight. Cassidy was our server. She was fantastic and everything was delicious 😋 I would give it ten stars if I could! There were ten of us. Everyone left very happy”

“Another great meal. Adrienne, our server was outstanding in seeing that our dining experience was to our satisfaction. Always very pleasant with a smile even though she's working on New Year's Day. Shout out to Adrienne for taking care of RT patrons. Thx also to kitchen personnel.”

“We we passing through Ruby Tuesday's the 23rd of December in Lake City Florida after a long day on the road. The staff was so professional and nice. Nice tear to the end of the day. The salad bar was very good. Only disappointment was that the staff has to work Christmas. We find it very sad Corporate can't close one day to let these young people be with there families!!!”
