“I’m wondering if any managers or higher ups have ever eaten a steak here. I cannot believe they are allowed to sell such tough meat. I tried the sirloin a while ago. Can’t chew it. I swore I’d never get another one. Then they came out with the rib eye so I tried again. No change, just as tough, have to suck the juice out and spit the rest out. Please, you need to try one. They should be illegal. One other thing I wish was different - I wish you had some bread!”
“While dining today at Ruby Tuesdays in Fargo, ND we had two children with us ages 11 and 12, ages that could get a kids meal. However they chose to get an adult meal. Who needed a kids meal though was my 84-year old Mother who has dementia. When asking our server she cut us off, telling us that "she" wouldn't let anyone have a kids meal unless we had a doctors slip saying she had to have one. I don't know who "she" is and who takes a doctors slip to a restaurant to order their 84-year old Mother a kids meal? She can't eat a big hamburger so the server recommended she order the sliders that come in 3 to an order so Mom did and she ate half of one and some french fries. I normally tip really well but not today but the really sad thing is as a family we liked going to Ruby Tuesdays but today is the last time we will be going there.”
“Im so mad to here that ruby Tuesdays fired Brandon in st augustine Florida because of a mistake that was not his fault a lady that nows the bartender got up from her table went up to the bartender talked to her or him got a drink from her or him talked to the bartender went back to her seat never told Brandon she had gotten a drink from the bartender and they fired him are you serious Brandon is a wonderful person everyone loves him I would pay for the drink if it would get him his job back, thats so wrong to fire him and he didn't even know that had happened I will also call corporate today and see if I can do anything to try and help Brandon get his job back!!!”
“Everytime I have gone to Ruby Tuesdays in fleming island fl. They cannot make a steak to order. No one has been taught correctly. The steaks whether sirloin or bone have zero flavor. This Sunday 5/31/26. The waitress was super sweet however she forgot 3 things at different times. But my main thing is the food. It is not even worth the Bogo for 5$$!!
I have told my family never ask me to come eat her ever
again!!!! Not worth my time or $$$$. Pitiful.”
“Clinton Ruby Tuesday is awful! Went in, available seats at bar were dirty. Bar tender never cleared the bar in the 29 minutes we sat there. Didn’t offer us water, menus nothing! Was if she didn’t know we were there! Left after waiting 30 minutes! Disgraceful! Get more staff or provide customer skill training!”
“Springfield Missouri Outstanding service! My waitress was definitely over seated in her section and she didn't miss a beat. Poor child was moving and that red hair of hers look like it was on fire. Thank u Jennie for being so nice to my mother and father. Even when u didn't have to. You are a blessing. Thank you again.”
“I just took my wife out for a Mother's Day evening meal at Ruby Tuesday, at 943-A Dupont BLVD in Milford. De 19963, and it is obvious you must have changed the cooking staff since eight weeks ago when we had an excellent time. Today's meals no way matched the photos on the menu, everything tasted the same, cold and totally unacceptable. Our waitress "Muffin #2074" spent more time talking to customers at the bar and her attire was not unacceptable.”
“Ruby Tuesday # 4475 Lebanon, TN. The food was delicious, salad bar seem well serviced and tasty. Our waitress was Shelly check on us and did a great job. Manager created some weekend specials to bring customers back.”
“We went to Ruby's in CT on April 25th. The salad bar was definitely going to be our main reason for going. My son ordered salmon and I ordered the glazed chicken. The food had a great presentation to it, but when we looked at the chicken and fish it was very noticable the chicken was freezer burned and the fish was hard. I tried one piece the chicken and it was very tough to cut through and tasted old. It was old freezer burned chicken. We brought this up to the manager's attention. He did not acknowledge it was old food. He immediately asked if I would like something else. We already waited 52 minutes for our food, we declined. I told them I will stick to the salad bar. Unfortunately this was not the first time this has happened to us. I think they need to consider closing especially if they cannot get fresh food. We will not go back.”
“We visited Ruby Tuesdays on Friday, April 17 for happy hour at the Elizabeth, New Jersey . We were there at about 3 o’clock after some time shopping at the mall, we satat the bar and order the specialty drinks. It took the bartender forever to bring us our drinks. They were only eight people at the bar. Once we got the drain the specialty drink it was filled with juice lots of ice and very little alcohol. Lacking . In fact I had to return our 2nd drinks to the bartender that came on duty at 4 PM. The bartender at 3 PM hour was overwhelmed and mumbling under her breath how she is very uncomfortable and can’t take all the stress of the job.
The waitress who handled our food order from the behind the bar was very friendly and even encouraged us to order more food by making suggestionswhich we did. We ordered three appetizer one on the happy hour menu and two off of the regular menu. The three appetizers were all dripping in grease, lacked taste, it was hard to even finish the food. the quality of the drinks initially made were quite awful just juice the food lots of grease. Not a good experience at all.”
“Shelby was our waitress today. She was patient, attentive & knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered chicken sandwich & fries which were delivered in a timely manner & my meal was hot & delicious. Would recommend this location”
