I swore I’d never get another one. Then they came out with the rib eye so I tried again. No change, just as tough, have to suck the juice out and spit the rest out. Please, you need to try one. They should be illegal. One other thing I wish was different - I wish you had some bread!”
“Ordered the salad bar around 2:00 p.m. Several items had not been replenished adequately since the lunch crowd. Was seated too close to the door, and within a short period of time I became uncomfortably cold (visited in December). Every time the door opened, a wave of cold air rushed into the immediate area. Left before I wanted to because of the discomfort. I would suggest patrons request seating as far away from the entry door as possible. Poor design if you ask me.”
“I am not happy. 2 yes ago I rated Ruby Tuesdays with a 5. Today I am reluctant to give them a 3. I order sometimes 2 or 3 times a week.

My biggest issue with my orders is when I order family meals (which I do a lot)
I do not receive sides for 4. My last order of the ribs i received 4 half ribs but the broccoli and zucchini were in the pan with the ribs and were not the amount for 2 people.
The amount of the sides keep decreasing with togo orders.
The last time I added family salad for $9.99 it was less than half the side we normally receive..
I know you have measurement for serving but prices went up and to go and delivery servings went down.
I dont like complaining but I want at least what I pay for.
I would like to give you a 5 again but at this rate I will be going back to O'Charley's or Cracker Barrell”

“The first time I ate at the Winter Haven Ruby Tuesday's in Florida was about a year ago from today and I don't know if I was just starving but the salad bar cuz I remember was pretty decent... today A year later I am not impressed with the salad bar or the soup.
Soup was just cheese literally tasted like melted Velveeta with some chunks of potato in it salad bar is boring the crispy jalapenos or stale overall and very disappointed and I don't think I'll be returning”
“How can you mess up frozen onion rings and cheese sticks and burn a hamburger they found a way onion rings rock hard cheese sticks not cooked hamburger charred to leave burnt taste in your mouth waitress was nice tried hard but food was terrible”
