I am not happy. 2 yes ago I rated Ruby Tuesdays with a 5. Today I am reluctant to give them a 3. I order sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. Never receive reward points . My biggest issue with my orders is when I order family meals (which I do a lot) I do not receive sides for 4. My last order of the ribs i received 4 half ribs but the broccoli and zucchini were in the pan with the ribs and were not the amount for 2 people. The amount of the sides keep decreasing with togo orders. The last time I added family salad for $9.99 it was less than half the side we normally receive.. I know you have measurement for serving but prices went up and to go and delivery servings went down. I dont like complaining but I want at least what I pay for. I would like to give you a 5 again but at this rate I will be going back to O'Charley's or Cracker Barrell
