“I just took my wife out for a Mother's Day evening meal at Ruby Tuesday, at 943-A Dupont BLVD in Milford. De 19963, and it is obvious you must have changed the cooking staff since eight weeks ago when we had an excellent time. Today's meals no way matched the photos on the menu, everything tasted the same, cold and totally unacceptable. Our waitress "Muffin #2074" spent more time talking to customers at the bar and her attire was not unacceptable.”
“The one in elyria ohio is horrible. I ordered catfish and it was paper thin, and yuck. My husband ordered fajitas they were so tough his jaw almost locked. And people 10.00 for a slice of cake with sprinkles, don't know if you know you can make a whole 10 inch cake for less than 10.00.”
“The lettuce on the salad bar was BROWN the bathrooms were filthy and had no toilet paper. The plate looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned ( greasy). Waitress was just okay nothing special. Will not return to this one in Cumberland MD!”
“Just ate at the Philadelphia restaurant. I ordered a salmon bowl & got salmon on a bed of lettuce. Items that were supposed to come on it did not & others were almost missing. Asked server about edamane & she brought me some. I told server afterwards about the others but that I was almost done so don't bring but she should let Mgr know. She did but shame on Mgr. for not coming to table to apologize. That's bad customer service!”

Now the negative restaurant is in need of a rebuild filthy on way to salad bar a spill on a run slip issue was walked by a lot no one picked it up the windows calcium stains from sprinklers window crack wooden blinds faded and dust furniture wore out tippy disgusting needs a rebuild great food great staff happy hour $1.00 beers will not go back due to condition of restaurant I wish it was different and if they spray that window with CLR and let it set 5 minutes that white mark covering 2/3 of that window will wash right off

“I normally don't eat at restaurants any more but decided to dine at the Ruby Tuesday in Dallas GA after work yesterday to prepare for my blood donation today. I ordered a 6oz ribeye, baked potato, sauteed zucchini and salad bar. The steak was okay but a little undercooked and very thin. The baked potato was very small and was not fresh at all. The potato looked and tasted like it was at least a day old. It was hard and starchy. not fluffy like a fresh potato should be. The zucchini was okay but lacked flavor. The salad bar was okay but the lettuce could have been fresher but was edible. The server was very nice so I did tip her 22% because I know it's not her fault the way the food came out. They also need to invest in some new silverware. The knife was not very sharp and the forks would not pick up the salad very well. The meal was a little over $32 not including the tip. I could have prepared the same meal and made it taste so much better, no offense. I used to work for Ruby Tuesday many years ago. The menu has completely changed since then but I do remember the food was very good back then. What happened to good quality food in restaurants? It was definitely not found last night at this Ruby Tuesday's. Very disappointed.”
“Just ate in Rockledge Fl and we love and visit Ruby Tuesday often.
The problem is every time we been lately the salad is disgustingly a mess. Tonight the employees that were coming out to restock were pouring new on top of the old. I spoke with the manager and he said he would address it. Not sure we will go back now. Waitress was good we didn’t say anything to her.”
“I was in Lexington va for a very bad family situation. We ate dinner on Thanksgiving there the waitress was awsome and very attentive. Our appetizer was extremely small for the price . Our food came after 2 bites I realized my chicken was raw in the middle. The waitress was very apologetic. It took about 15 minutes to get a new plate of food while my girlfriends food got cold waiting to eat together. The manager came by and said they used a thermometer on the chicken and it read done . She wasn't very unprofessional about the situation. Not that I wanted anything but was not offered anything off the meal,not even a free drink or anything. The waitress would make a much better manager than her.”
“Why is the general manager taking food out of server's mouths he cuts the servers and then takes the tables himself and I overheard them talking about a guy named Ken taking one of the servers positions the servers make $4 an hour why is the general manager taking tables does he make $4 an hour isn't that why the servers are there to put food on their tables and pay their bills why are they being cut when that's why they're there to make money the store was busy the whole bar area was full and started spilling over to the dining room one server was talking about this Ken character getting her table and making $200 why didn't she get to make that $200. From 11:00 to 4:00 on Saturday the general manager takes all the tables and there's no servers there how fair is that and why is this happening I wouldn't want to work for this place terrible terrible work ethic you guys should be ashamed of yourselves no wonder you can't get good help no wonder all the Ruby Tuesdays have closed”
“Ordered curbside service.Called upon arrival as instructed and got voice mail. After waiting 25 minutes, went inside to get order.Was told reason for the wait was they didn't have a curb person REALLY?”
“The Ruby Tuesday in Roanoke Rapids NC. They are very unprofessional. The host took her time seat people. Then we waited for about 5 minutes before I drink order was even asked for. Then we order appetizer and they came out with our meal that took 40 minutes. I will never revisit again and this was on 5/31/2024”
