We sat down to have my birthday dinner. While there we noticed flies flying all around. When my husband came back from the salad bar , there was flies around his food. When my meal came so did the flies. It was terrible. They were in our food , drinks, hair etc. 1 got in my right eye and was sore for a few days. It all was brought before management. They don’t care!!!! They got the $50 to pay for the flies. Think twice about eating there. And thank you for my birthday memory. Terrible!!!!

Waitress took our order did not come back to the table until we were ready to go to give us our check. The food was fair but my friend say they did not want to come back. We were at the Fruitland, MD store and I was very disappointed because we hadn't been there for awhile.

Ate at the Huber Heights, Ohio, store on Friday 19 Sept 2025. First thing I noticed was the hostess using an obviously dirty cloth that she dipped in a bucket of gray water at the hostess station and proceeded to use on our table. I watched her use this same dirty cloth on other tables. The floor under our table was SO STICKY we had to pick up our feet with every step. Floor to bathroom was equally sticky. Men's room was poorly kept. There was a table next to us that had a large napkin underneath on the floor. This table was set with customers and when they left, no effort was made to clean up the napkin trash. There were straw wrappers in several places on the floor. They had to remake my medium rare steak - first one was definitely medium well. Remake was better, but the cut of meat was poor so the steak was tough. The French onion soup as good. Green beans and squash/zucchini medley were very tasty. Server was sweet and attentive. I'm sorry I did not get her name. She was not wearing a name tag.

I called my order in so I could be back to work on time .I order a bacon cheeseburger no pickle ,and I told her I wanted my burger well done .I need a to go tray to get a salad .. so me and my coworker wemt .I paid for our food .I told her let me check my burger before we leave. I cut the burger open and it was pink all the way through . The lady that waited on us was real nice ,she told the manager and the manger told me .she couldn't refund me my money it will have to be on a voucher.. or I could get a salad .she did offer to re cook the burger .I said no thank u .this is the one in kinston

Play $16 for a platter with no rice food was so salty! Very disappointed in them.

Waitress was good, but if it was me serving, I would be to embarrassed to serve what my husband ordered. He ordered the rib and steak plate, well the steak could have passed as jerky and the ribs were so dried out he wanted a baked potato with the meal as one of the choices only to be told they were out of baked potatoes, but when meal came out she said she found a baked potato for him, it was not even warm enough to melt butter. I normally do not post the experience that was had at a restaurant but this time was needed. I ordered the hamburger and that came out just fine. 8/22/25 at 7:20 p.m.

Went to ruby Tuesday in dallas ga for lunch after church. Yes there were thirteen of us but the service was AWFUL!!!!5 Waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to come to the table and greet us. Then the waitress finally came to the table to get our drinks she got half of the drinks orders and then said she would be right back. Then finally came back and got the rest of the drink order brought them out then took our food order. We waited for ever to get our food and then for only half of us to get our food. After seeing every other table around us to get their food before the rest of our table got ours. And get that the other tables around us came in the restaurant way after we did. One person at our table didn't even receive their order. This was the worse experience ever.

Food was subpar. Baked potato had a dab of butter and maybe a teaspoon of sour cream on it. Steak was ok, but a little fatty. Broccoli tasted weird. Asked for a salt shaker that worked because when I opened ours to see what was wrong, the salt was so old that it stood up in the shaker. The waitress took ours and replaced it with one from another table. It didn't work either. Opened and it was standing straight in cap with little black things in it. She then put ours back on the other table. Should have been taken and emptied, washed out and put new salt in. The building definitely needs an update. Looks very dated. Was really disappointed in this expensive meal. They need to close this one down too

Ordered for my elderly Mother, who lives 6 hours away. She said this has been the worst experience she has ever encountered with Uber eats. This is our first time ordering from Ruby, Tuesday’s. Her food was all thrown around in the box, it did not look like it was presentable to eat. She would like a refund. Thank you.

Eight at A Ruby Tuesdays on our way back from Laray, Virginia. The food was absolutely horrible. The baked potatoes were room temperature at best. The steak was overcooked and underseasoned and tough. My son could barely eat his Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the service was nearly nonexistent. We’ll probably never eat at a ruby Tuesdays again if this is how things are done there.

My friend and I was there May 3 at about 5PM on May 3,2025. She had the beef kabobs. They were so dry, over cooked and hard she literally could not eat them. We told the waitress about it. The manager never even talked to us. She was given a 10% discount on a meal that was horrid. I have never complained before but it was really cringeworthy. When we left and walked past the salad bar I noticed tongs with the handle lying in the lettuce. We will NEVER go back.

Ordered carryout for after church last Sunday 3-23-25. Tried about 8 times to call store to receive food no answer. Went in asked for manager never came to talk to me plus workers were standing there talking never asked what I needed had to stop a kitchen worker coming out the door to find manager. After 5 minutes went back out to car to keep calling. Literally called over an hour with no answer even after I went home. 2 1/2 hours later the manager called & apologized profusely and offered to bring me my order. But I had already eaten by then so just told him I wanted my $$ refunded to my account as it was an online order. Monday 3-30-25 still waiting on my money!!!! Will never ever return to Ruby Tuesday in Harriman Tennessee

First you stopped the biscuits, then you stopped the lobster, then you stopped the side salads, then you stopped the extra Cole slaw with the shrimp dinners. No soy sauce to go with your rice pilaf. Not too much left to stop except us coming there.

We had Alex this afternoon he was very rude to our party. He would not answer any of our questions. I tried to ask if my drink was a root beer he did not hear me.i wanted a coke it had an after taste. The salad bar was totally empty.

We went last night and we were not impressed. I had never been there before. The appetizer was bad, the dinner was not good and the salad bar was a mess with not good veggies. The price for our meal was way to much for what we got. I'm sorry but this really was bad, we will not be back.

I’ve been going to ruby Tuesdays for quite a long time now, and Everytime it’s decent. But I’m an observer, and I’ve only been coming in recently to watch only one of the managers, her names Tarina, she’s sweet at times, but almost Everytime I’ve gone to eat there she’s always had the biggest attitude.. especially towards her coworkers, she does not have team work, she doesn’t help people, it seems like she almost makes it harder for people to even enjoy their job.. I’ve worked at a lot of restaurants and just to see how she treats people with such disrespect, is beyond me.. I’ve seen her pick attitudes with tables because they ask about their food. I’ve seen her employees ask for help while she is behind in the kitchen and the looks that she gives some people definitely shock me. These employees are just asking for help and if you can’t handle helping your employees then how can you run a restaurant? I understand if you’re short staffed but things run smoother if she had less attitude and have more teamwork to help others things would run smoother as well. I will say one person I do see helping is a women named Jennifer, she’s very sweet, I’ve seen her go up to tables that weren’t happy and when she walks away they are either smiling or laughing because she brings good spirit to the store. That’s what restaurants need. Good attitude and good teamwork. There is another girl that seems to be a manager as well named Q but she isn’t too bad. You get better looks from her than you do with the other women named tarina.. I hope you guys can read this and understand that with how many times I’ve came to eat and enjoy this place! One person can make a difference in a store, it all depends on what they bring to the table, and if your being rude, hateful, can’t actually listen to the people who are asking for help then I don’t see why they should be managing in general. Please put this comment in perspective. I will be back if things have not changed with the manager named tarina. Things need to change for things to improve and she is definitely holding you guys back from improving the ruby Tuesdays Springlake store. Thank you.
