“We went to Ruby's in CT on April 25th. The salad bar was definitely going to be our main reason for going. My son ordered salmon and I ordered the glazed chicken. The food had a great presentation to it, but when we looked at the chicken and fish it was very noticable the chicken was freezer burned and the fish was hard. I tried one piece the chicken and it was very tough to cut through and tasted old. It was old freezer burned chicken. We brought this up to the manager's attention. He did not acknowledge it was old food. He immediately asked if I would like something else. We already waited 52 minutes for our food, we declined. I told them I will stick to the salad bar. Unfortunately this was not the first time this has happened to us. I think they need to consider closing especially if they cannot get fresh food. We will not go back.”
“We visited Ruby Tuesdays on Friday, April 17 for happy hour at the Elizabeth, New Jersey . We were there at about 3 o’clock after some time shopping at the mall, we satat the bar and order the specialty drinks. It took the bartender forever to bring us our drinks. They were only eight people at the bar. Once we got the drain the specialty drink it was filled with juice lots of ice and very little alcohol. Lacking . In fact I had to return our 2nd drinks to the bartender that came on duty at 4 PM. The bartender at 3 PM hour was overwhelmed and mumbling under her breath how she is very uncomfortable and can’t take all the stress of the job.
The waitress who handled our food order from the behind the bar was very friendly and even encouraged us to order more food by making suggestionswhich we did. We ordered three appetizer one on the happy hour menu and two off of the regular menu. The three appetizers were all dripping in grease, lacked taste, it was hard to even finish the food. the quality of the drinks initially made were quite awful just juice the food lots of grease. Not a good experience at all.”
“Sharonville location. Tuesday 7:00 PM. There was nothing fresh on the salad bar. The kitchen was taking over 45 minutes to fulfill everyone’s order. Plus, the person in the kitchen was cussing at his other wait staff. It was a very unpleasant visit. When the food came out, it was almost not edible. The only thing that salvaged the visit was a waiter with a great sense of humor.”
“Was at Ruby Tuesdays in Dubois Pa today Apr 13 2026. Bad experience waited proably 10min before waitress came. My husband waited for his ice tea about 10 min. Ordered a loaded bake potato and got a little sour cream and hardly any butter. Won’t be going back had enough of bad food and service!”
“I am not usually one to complain however, I do feel that the service, the food and wait time were all unacceptable. Waited about 45 minutes for food that sat in the window until nearly cold. I ordered the triple play and asked about the chicken tenders specifically. Was told you would get 2 large tenders. Received 3 very small and hard tenders. Tierra said the ribs were the best, mine had very little meat on them, while the shrimp was flavorful, they were tiny. Salad bar had a nice variety, but was in need of attention. Water was never refilled. Should have sent food back and left. Tried to download picture without success. I would very much appreciate being contacted.”
“You fire a 19 year employee for closing 1 hour early on Christmas day, while your sitting at home or at some plush resort with your family? This is why your company is losing business. Not because of the economy but because of the way you treat your employee's.
At the least you could have paid them overtime time or holiday pay.”
“I'm not ok with a establishment that doesn't acknowledge good employees over monetary gains. I will never eat at your establishment again!!!! (The food wasn't all that good anyway)”
“Ruby Tuesday should be ashamed of themselves. They fired Jeff Cook, a 19 yr employee who took on a Christmas Day opening with volunteers only. Corp decided to fire this loyal employee bc he didn’t “force” other employees to work Christmas Day. I will never eat at a Ruby Tuesday unless you do what’s right and reinstate this good man who made you a long money on a holiday where NOBODY is open accept a few restaurants. Do the right thing, or be forced to do what’s right as was the case with Cracker Barrel! Give him a raise and an apology while at it.”
“You fired a man after making him work on Christmas Day he was there 19 years as the manager. I will never eat at ruby Tuesday again. Never. Terrible people”
