We had Alex this afternoon he was very rude to our party. He would not answer any of our questions. I tried to ask if my drink was a root beer he did not hear me.i wanted a coke it had an after taste. The salad bar was totally empty.

We went last night and we were not impressed. I had never been there before. The appetizer was bad, the dinner was not good and the salad bar was a mess with not good veggies. The price for our meal was way to much for what we got. I'm sorry but this really was bad, we will not be back.

ordered a salad that was half full ordered a salad paid extra for bacon no bacon and for 13.99 i don't want the trunk of the lettuce disgusting would never order again

I’ve been going to ruby Tuesdays for quite a long time now, and Everytime it’s decent. But I’m an observer, and I’ve only been coming in recently to watch only one of the managers, her names Tarina, she’s sweet at times, but almost Everytime I’ve gone to eat there she’s always had the biggest attitude.. especially towards her coworkers, she does not have team work, she doesn’t help people, it seems like she almost makes it harder for people to even enjoy their job.. I’ve worked at a lot of restaurants and just to see how she treats people with such disrespect, is beyond me.. I’ve seen her pick attitudes with tables because they ask about their food. I’ve seen her employees ask for help while she is behind in the kitchen and the looks that she gives some people definitely shock me. These employees are just asking for help and if you can’t handle helping your employees then how can you run a restaurant? I understand if you’re short staffed but things run smoother if she had less attitude and have more teamwork to help others things would run smoother as well. I will say one person I do see helping is a women named Jennifer, she’s very sweet, I’ve seen her go up to tables that weren’t happy and when she walks away they are either smiling or laughing because she brings good spirit to the store. That’s what restaurants need. Good attitude and good teamwork. There is another girl that seems to be a manager as well named Q but she isn’t too bad. You get better looks from her than you do with the other women named tarina.. I hope you guys can read this and understand that with how many times I’ve came to eat and enjoy this place! One person can make a difference in a store, it all depends on what they bring to the table, and if your being rude, hateful, can’t actually listen to the people who are asking for help then I don’t see why they should be managing in general. Please put this comment in perspective. I will be back if things have not changed with the manager named tarina. Things need to change for things to improve and she is definitely holding you guys back from improving the ruby Tuesdays Springlake store. Thank you.

The restaurant in Branson used to be a good place to eat. Our last visit the food was absolutely disgusting!!

The waitress was new... Did her best.... Foo not hot... Luke warm... No chicken... Bot even a chicken tender amount... itsy bitsy pieces of veggies... Smelled like a sewer... Never... Ever go back....

My daughter's work at this place in Mebane NC and it's a joke for the ones that run it they have NO video cameras for their protection and the management staff is a joke sad My children can't even go into a location to make a dollar without being targeted or stolen from Ruby Tuesday's you need to step up your game it's 2024 going into 25 and you cannot even begin to even flatter me for even trying to protect anyone that walks in that building guests included building is so ran down air conditioner doesn't work half the time dishwasher doesn't work 90% of the time this makes the second time my child has been stolen from at your establishment so who is going to reimburse me for when my child's life is taken because you cannot protect her?

Just left Ruby Tuesday order a ribeye full of gristle scented back got a second one full of gristle send it back the manager was not nice very rude first time I've ever sent anything back at Ruby Tuesday the waitress and the manager was horrible

Riverview Florida is by far the worst restaurant I've ever had the displeasure to dine at! There's rats running everywhere, and roaches. There was a frozen bug iny ice cube! The staff is unfriendly the food took way to long and not cooked all the way through. Witnessed a fight physical from 2wait staff. Servers swearing. I can go on and on! This Ruby's is like visiting the ghetto!

Kids burger was charred, salmon was dry and a tiny piece, hardly any zucchini. Definitely not worth 20.00. And son asked for no mushrooms and mushrooms were piled on his sandwich. Not worth the cost!!!

Went to lunch with a friend and a kid of 15. Two adults ordered only the salad bar and the kid ordered the salad bar and cheese sticks. The salad bar was disgusting> The corn salad went bad, the fresh peas were slimy, the lettuce was frozen and stuck on the bottom of the serving platter, the dressings were overflowing and incorrectly labeled and not labeled at all, the offerings and selections were not appetizing to even look at. The kid ate the corn salad and thought it was "supposed to taste spicy". After 2 hours she was throwing up everything and I'm certain it was the corn salad as well as the slimy peas she put on top of the frozen lettuce. She didn't know. I didn't know the items were bad until she had already consumed her plate.Then the bill came to 45 dollars!!! No way am I or my friend ever going back there. YUCK>

Had the worst service ever in the Spring Lake, North Carolina Ruby, Tuesdays been going there since they opened for years. The food was not cooked properly. The service was the worst and will not be back until they change management.

The chicken breast was about 3oz for 15.00. Management really blamed it on corporate for the size. What a waste of time and money never again. If you want to raise prices at least give the customer a proper size! Lady lake location in the village s.

Henderson NC location: OUR server KALEB W. was AWESOME!!!! The food...maybe a 4 out of 10. Definitely not worth the $90 ticket.

The Walterboro, SC carry out experience was TERRIBLE! Ordered 45 minutes before getting there (they said it would be ready in 15), but due to traffic and weather – I was delayed. They told me I had to wait… Was shook another 20 minutes… And the person working had no interest in trying to expedite the people waiting on Cari out. They were ringing out other people and told us we had to wait. Meanwhile, I had already paid, and tipped, and there was no interest in customer service. The order was not ready and not separated from people dining in the restaurant and other carry out orders – with no organization. All “piled up” in one area with no organization. The expediter was screaming at the chef over the food (no mask and basically spitting on the plated food) that was uncovered on the plating station. The bar and waiting floor was so disgusting with bottle, cap and wet substance… That place should be shut down or revamped! I threw my food away…
