“Visited Ruby Tuesday in Harriman, TN and the service was great! Our waiter, Traci was fantastic. Very nice and she was very friendly and served us so quickly. The food was great! Great service and food was delicious!”

“Stopped in to have the salad bar! Got a guacamole smash burger also, the burger was fantastic. My server Donna was the best! Even Jenn the manager came to say hello and ask how everything was. What a nice establishment, thanks again!”

“We visited Ruby Tuesday's on February 16, 2025 at about 8:00 p.m. Cooper was the host, and he did absolutely excellent job, very friendly, let us choose our table and polite. All the while bussing tables and always working. Our server Olivia also did a spectacular job making sure our dining experience was awesome. She checked back with us often to make sure all our needs were met. Jeff, the manager also stopped by our table to make sure everything was going great. We visit Ruby Tuesday in Big Rapids, Michigan often and we always can count on great food and exceptional service. Please appreciate these employees as we do. Gary and Char”

“Our favorite server is Angelia. She is friendly, and well informed. Always offers suggestions even though I get the same order every time! We enjoy her attitude! We ask for her by name. She is awesome!”

“They didn't. I watched a young black lady verbally cuss and threaten to hit an older white woman who was working with her. The manger did nothing. How is this legal? If I had been the older lady I would have left but no she just apologized to us and kept on working with a smile. I looked it up and verbal abuse and bodily harm is against the law. When a asked the older woman the young ladies name she said daisha something or another. This happened on a Friday in Troy Al. To witness such horrible attitude towards another human coworker is horrible. I hope the older lady is ok. I don't think I will be returning for a while to witness another instance such as this.”

“I’ve been going to ruby Tuesdays for quite a long time now, and Everytime it’s decent. But I’m an observer, and I’ve only been coming in recently to watch only one of the managers, her names Tarina, she’s sweet at times, but almost Everytime I’ve gone to eat there she’s always had the biggest attitude.. especially towards her coworkers, she does not have team work, she doesn’t help people, it seems like she almost makes it harder for people to even enjoy their job.. I’ve worked at a lot of restaurants and just to see how she treats people with such disrespect, is beyond me.. I’ve seen her pick attitudes with tables because they ask about their food. I’ve seen her employees ask for help while she is behind in the kitchen and the looks that she gives some people definitely shock me. These employees are just asking for help and if you can’t handle helping your employees then how can you run a restaurant? I understand if you’re short staffed but things run smoother if she had less attitude and have more teamwork to help others things would run smoother as well. I will say one person I do see helping is a women named Jennifer, she’s very sweet, I’ve seen her go up to tables that weren’t happy and when she walks away they are either smiling or laughing because she brings good spirit to the store. That’s what restaurants need. Good attitude and good teamwork. There is another girl that seems to be a manager as well named Q but she isn’t too bad. You get better looks from her than you do with the other women named tarina.. I hope you guys can read this and understand that with how many times I’ve came to eat and enjoy this place! One person can make a difference in a store, it all depends on what they bring to the table, and if your being rude, hateful, can’t actually listen to the people who are asking for help then I don’t see why they should be managing in general. Please put this comment in perspective. I will be back if things have not changed with the manager named tarina. Things need to change for things to improve and she is definitely holding you guys back from improving the ruby Tuesdays Springlake store. Thank you.”

“I would like to tell you what an enjoyable time we have every time we have ate at Ruby Tuesday. The food is the best and help is just the best. We always have Krystal for our server and she is the best, always friendly and truly puts us first. She just makes our time the best. Thanks, Jerry”

“We are eating at the Ruby Tuesday in Saraland. The food is a 5 out of 5, even there glutten free hamburgers. Their steaks, and seafood is also good. The manager, Bruce, is amazing. I eat here frequently. I see him doing every job in the restaurant. He is professional, personal, very good personality, and ALWAYS makes sure that each person has a good experience to make one want to come again. Also, check out the best salad bar in the city, as Janie and Bruce keep everything fresh and clean. Please visit, and see for yourself. The waitresses are great. Pat H. Hall”
