“My crispy chicken sandwich was over cooked. It had a burnt taste.”

“Ordered carryout for after church last Sunday 3-23-25. Tried about 8 times to call store to receive food no answer. Went in asked for manager never came to talk to me plus workers were standing there talking never asked what I needed had to stop a kitchen worker coming out the door to find manager. After 5 minutes went back out to car to keep calling. Literally called over an hour with no answer even after I went home. 2 1/2 hours later the manager called & apologized profusely and offered to bring me my order. But I had already eaten by then so just told him I wanted my $$ refunded to my account as it was an online order. Monday 3-30-25 still waiting on my money!!!! Will never ever return to Ruby Tuesday in Harriman Tennessee”

“First you stopped the biscuits, then you stopped the lobster, then you stopped the side salads, then you stopped the extra Cole slaw with the shrimp dinners. No soy sauce to go with your rice pilaf. Not too much left to stop except us coming there.”

“We had Alex this afternoon he was very rude to our party. He would not answer any of our questions. I tried to ask if my drink was a root beer he did not hear me.i wanted a coke it had an after taste. The salad bar was totally empty.”

“We went last night and we were not impressed. I had never been there before. The appetizer was bad, the dinner was not good and the salad bar was a mess with not good veggies. The price for our meal was way to much for what we got. I'm sorry but this really was bad, we will not be back.”

“Wecwere at your Mill hall, pa location. The food was excellent. We had New Orleans seafood and rack of ribs. The food was served hot, fresh and in a timely manner. The complaint I have is I ordered a Vodka martini. It was filled to the brim with ice chunks! Sections of cubes that didn't break apart. Martinis have been around forever and are not served with ice. It was very disappointing. I usually have 2 with dinner but I did not order another. I didn't want a glass of ice.”

“Our amazing server Nae. She is always so courteous and outgoing. She goes above to be sure we have everything and that our orders are right. Always greets us with a welcoming smile and hello. A great meal isn't complete without a great server. I observe Nae with all her tables and she's attentive to all. Lady Lakes is our go to TR.”

“Jowanna was one of the hardest working servers I have seen. Did not hover, came to the table in appropriate time. She was the best and sweetest. Definitely deserves a raise!!! This was on Randolph Street, Thomasville!”

“Visited Ruby Tuesday in Harriman, TN and the service was great! Our waiter, Traci was fantastic. Very nice and she was very friendly and served us so quickly. The food was great! Great service and food was delicious!”

“We visited Ruby Tuesday's on February 16, 2025 at about 8:00 p.m. Cooper was the host, and he did absolutely excellent job, very friendly, let us choose our table and polite. All the while bussing tables and always working. Our server Olivia also did a spectacular job making sure our dining experience was awesome. She checked back with us often to make sure all our needs were met. Jeff, the manager also stopped by our table to make sure everything was going great. We visit Ruby Tuesday in Big Rapids, Michigan often and we always can count on great food and exceptional service. Please appreciate these employees as we do. Gary and Char”
