“Went to ruby Tuesday in Elizabethtown ky Thursday. Loved it. My waitress was super. Food always good. Sure hope they don't close also.”

“Store# 4938 is the greatest. The food is always very fresh and delicious. The salad bar is always kept super clean and stacked high with many tasty selections. The staff here is super efficient and always warm and friendly to their customers. I highly recommend store 4938!”

“Food was subpar. Baked potato had a dab of butter and maybe a teaspoon of sour cream on it. Steak was ok, but a little fatty. Broccoli tasted weird. Asked for a salt shaker that worked because when I opened ours to see what was wrong, the salt was so old that it stood up in the shaker. The waitress took ours and replaced it with one from another table. It didn't work either. Opened and it was standing straight in cap with little black things in it. She then put ours back on the other table. Should have been taken and emptied, washed out and put new salt in. The building definitely needs an update. Looks very dated. Was really disappointed in this expensive meal. They need to close this one down too”

“I am not happy. 2 yes ago I rated Ruby Tuesdays with a 5. Today I am reluctant to give them a 3. I order sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. Never receive reward points . My biggest issue with my orders is when I order family meals (which I do a lot) I do not receive sides for 4. My last order of the ribs i received 4 half ribs but the broccoli and zucchini were in the pan with the ribs and were not the amount for 2 people. The amount of the sides keep decreasing with togo orders. The last time I added family salad for $9.99 it was less than half the side we normally receive.. I know you have measurement for serving but prices went up and to go and delivery servings went down. I dont like complaining but I want at least what I pay for. I would like to give you a 5 again but at this rate I will be going back to O'Charley's or Cracker Barrell”

“The lettuce on the salad bar was BROWN the bathrooms were filthy and had no toilet paper. The plate looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned ( greasy). Waitress was just okay nothing special. Will not return to this one in Cumberland MD!”

“We had a very nice dinner at Ruby Tuesday in Scottsboro, AL last night. Serving us was Janice and she was incredible. Even though she was busy she was professional, knowledgeable about the menu and offered specials she thought we might be interested. All went well and we will be back . . . hopefully to have Janice help us again.”

“The food was great , and I find the servers are excellent. They NEVER look as they are looking to go on their next break, or counting the minutes to go home. Two days ago I had Deborah R. She was wonderful, but it is EVERY SINGLE TIME we go, they are very nice, very attentive. Had to post. I like to give credit, where credit is due.Bon Apetit!”

“My husband and I ate at Ruby Tuesday in Alexander city Al. Salad bar was great, appetizer hot and great cheesee bread. But our waitress was absolutely wonderful. She know the menu well. Was a great person and so through. Her name was Gabriella, she is a keeper. Pay get well.”

“Ordered for my elderly Mother, who lives 6 hours away. She said this has been the worst experience she has ever encountered with Uber eats. This is our first time ordering from Ruby, Tuesday’s. Her food was all thrown around in the box, it did not look like it was presentable to eat. She would like a refund. Thank you.”
