“I am amazed with the staff at Ruby Tuesday's in Lake City, Fl. I watched the restaurant go from 2 tables to a full house. They were amazing! Peter had his team ready to go and they were prepared for the rush. The orders were out of the kitchen very quickly and the employees functioned like a well oiled machine; from the back of the house to the front of the house. Awesome job! Thank you so much.”

“We sat down to have my birthday dinner. While there we noticed flies flying all around. When my husband came back from the salad bar , there was flies around his food. When my meal came so did the flies. It was terrible. They were in our food , drinks, hair etc. 1 got in my right eye and was sore for a few days. It all was brought before management. They don’t care!!!! They got the $50 to pay for the flies. Think twice about eating there. And thank you for my birthday memory. Terrible!!!!”
“We went to the Leesburg store 2 nights in a row while on vacation. Both nights we had excellent service first with Miranda than the next night Taylor. It was such a pleasure to have such excellent service and both girls should be recognized for their good work. The food was excellent and the restaurant was clean. The manager even visited the table to check on us and was a visibly present in the dining room. Keep up the good work everyone and thank you for a wonderful dining experience during our stay”

“Waitress took our order did not come back to the table until we were ready to go to give us our check. The food was fair but my friend say they did not want to come back. We were at the Fruitland, MD store and I was very disappointed because we hadn't been there for awhile.”
“Ate at the Huber Heights, Ohio, store on Friday 19 Sept 2025. First thing I noticed was the hostess using an obviously dirty cloth that she dipped in a bucket of gray water at the hostess station and proceeded to use on our table. I watched her use this same dirty cloth on other tables. The floor under our table was SO STICKY we had to pick up our feet with every step. Floor to bathroom was equally sticky. Men's room was poorly kept.
There was a table next to us that had a large napkin underneath on the floor. This table was set with customers and when they left, no effort was made to clean up the napkin trash. There were straw wrappers in several places on the floor.
They had to remake my medium rare steak - first one was definitely medium well. Remake was better, but the cut of meat was poor so the steak was tough.
The French onion soup as good. Green beans and squash/zucchini medley were very tasty.
Server was sweet and attentive. I'm sorry I did not get her name. She was not wearing a name tag.”

“I called my order in so I could be back to work on time .I order a bacon cheeseburger no pickle ,and I told her I wanted my burger well done .I need a to go tray to get a salad .. so me and my coworker wemt .I paid for our food .I told her let me check my burger before we leave. I cut the burger open and it was pink all the way through . The lady that waited on us was real nice ,she told the manager and the manger told me .she couldn't refund me my money it will have to be on a voucher.. or I could get a salad .she did offer to re cook the burger .I said no thank u .this is the one in kinston”
