“Ordered for my elderly Mother, who lives 6 hours away. She said this has been the worst experience she has ever encountered with Uber eats. This is our first time ordering from Ruby, Tuesday’s. Her food was all thrown around in the box, it did not look like it was presentable to eat. She would like a refund. Thank you.”

“Our server, Ellie was the best representative of how to how to provide exceptional customer service. If this Zephyrhills, FL Ruby had all "ellie's" it would by the best restaurant in town! Thank you Ellie. You made my son's grad dinner so enjoyable. The food was fantastic!”

“Ruby Tuesday cypress gardens is fantastic. Close to Lego Land it offers great food. We visit quite often and the crew from Manager Edgar to Mr Roy the one we call the salad bar man do a really great job. Thank you Colby, Margaret,DJ, Jeremiah, Tanya, Thomas and Collen, all the cooks and those I missed. Best Ruby's we have ever attended.”

“Eight at A Ruby Tuesdays on our way back from Laray, Virginia. The food was absolutely horrible. The baked potatoes were room temperature at best. The steak was overcooked and underseasoned and tough. My son could barely eat his Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the service was nearly nonexistent. We’ll probably never eat at a ruby Tuesdays again if this is how things are done there.”

“Went to the one. On route 38 in mount laurel nj Service was great ordered. There Burger special. It was a smash burger The saying wheres the beef should be said it’s a little bit bigger then a McDonald’s burger Was disappointed the picture that advertises it looks double the size it was the size of a kids meal”

“I had such a pleasant experience at Ruby Tuesday this evening, the environment was great!!! So was the food!! The Management was awesome I would like to thank her Nierra West such a lovely experience and the Salad Bar host Georgina was great she kept the salad bar filled and clean!!!”

“We came in late (around 9:00 p.m.) to the Ruby Tuesday in Litchfield, Illinois. Our server was very pleasant and accommodating to our requests. There is only this one Ruby Tuesday still open in Illinois (that I am aware of) and it is one of our favorite restaurants to eat at when we are traveling throught that part of the state.”

“Just ate at the Philadelphia restaurant. I ordered a salmon bowl & got salmon on a bed of lettuce. Items that were supposed to come on it did not & others were almost missing. Asked server about edamane & she brought me some. I told server afterwards about the others but that I was almost done so don't bring but she should let Mgr know. She did but shame on Mgr. for not coming to table to apologize. That's bad customer service!”

“Not enough meat on Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Too salty, and too much grease in the bread. Bland mashed potatoes and spoiled coleslaw.”

“Ruby Tuesday is one our favorite places to eat. The blackened tilapia is now my favorite. We always ask to sit in Nae's area because we know we will get the best service. She is always back to ask if we need anything else and fills our drinks. She is the absolute best!!”

“My friend and I was there May 3 at about 5PM on May 3,2025. She had the beef kabobs. They were so dry, over cooked and hard she literally could not eat them. We told the waitress about it. The manager never even talked to us. She was given a 10% discount on a meal that was horrid. I have never complained before but it was really cringeworthy. When we left and walked past the salad bar I noticed tongs with the handle lying in the lettuce. We will NEVER go back.”

“Ruby Tuesday Ridge Rd Port Richey Florida Went for late lunch Double Smash Burger with Fiesta or Tots included all you can eat salad bar quality quantity flavor excellent supper hot on a hot plate Now the negative restaurant is in need of a rebuild filthy on way to salad bar a spill on a run slip issue was walked by a lot no one picked it up the windows calcium stains from sprinklers window crack wooden blinds faded and dust furniture wore out tippy disgusting needs a rebuild great food great staff happy hour $1.00 beers will not go back due to condition of restaurant I wish it was different and if they spray that window with CLR and let it set 5 minutes that white mark covering 2/3 of that window will wash right off Too bad I really enjoyed the meal”

“I made a visit to the Ruby Tuesday in Lake CityFlorida on commerce drive. The service was excellence my waitress Dana had the best personality in a waitress I have seen in years. She was very attentive to all my needs sbd never let me drink get below half full. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a pick me up in there day after a long travel to make it a point to stop in Lake City and ask for Dana. She is top notch h 5 stars all the way! Ricardo.”
