“The lettuce on the salad bar was BROWN the bathrooms were filthy and had no toilet paper. The plate looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned ( greasy). Waitress was just okay nothing special. Will not return to this one in Cumberland MD!”
“We had a very nice dinner at Ruby Tuesday in Scottsboro, AL last night. Serving us was Janice and she was incredible. Even though she was busy she was professional, knowledgeable about the menu and offered specials she thought we might be interested. All went well and we will be back . . . hopefully to have Janice help us again.”

“My husband and I ate at Ruby Tuesday in Alexander city Al. Salad bar was great, appetizer hot and great cheesee bread. But our waitress was absolutely wonderful. She know the menu well. Was a great person and so through. Her name was Gabriella, she is a keeper. Pay get well.”

“Eight at A Ruby Tuesdays on our way back from Laray, Virginia. The food was absolutely horrible. The baked potatoes were room temperature at best. The steak was overcooked and underseasoned and tough. My son could barely eat his Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the service was nearly nonexistent. We’ll probably never eat at a ruby Tuesdays again if this is how things are done there.”

“We came in late (around 9:00 p.m.) to the Ruby Tuesday in Litchfield, Illinois. Our server was very pleasant and accommodating to our requests. There is only this one Ruby Tuesday still open in Illinois (that I am aware of) and it is one of our favorite restaurants to eat at when we are traveling throught that part of the state.”
“Just ate at the Philadelphia restaurant. I ordered a salmon bowl & got salmon on a bed of lettuce. Items that were supposed to come on it did not & others were almost missing. Asked server about edamane & she brought me some. I told server afterwards about the others but that I was almost done so don't bring but she should let Mgr know. She did but shame on Mgr. for not coming to table to apologize. That's bad customer service!”
