my favorite. We always ask to sit in Nae's area because we know we will get
the best service. She is always back to ask if we need anything else and fills our drinks. She is the absolute best!!”
“My friend and I was there May 3 at about 5PM on May 3,2025. She had the beef kabobs. They were so dry, over cooked and hard she literally could not eat them. We told the waitress about it. The manager never even talked to us. She was given a 10% discount on a meal that was horrid. I have never complained before but it was really cringeworthy. When we left and walked past the salad bar I noticed tongs with the handle lying in the lettuce. We will NEVER go back.”

Went for late lunch Double Smash Burger with Fiesta or Tots included all you can eat salad bar quality quantity flavor excellent supper hot on a hot plate
Now the negative restaurant is in need of a rebuild filthy on way to salad bar a spill on a run slip issue was walked by a lot no one picked it up the windows calcium stains from sprinklers window crack wooden blinds faded and dust furniture wore out tippy disgusting needs a rebuild great food great staff happy hour $1.00 beers will not go back due to condition of restaurant I wish it was different and if they spray that window with CLR and let it set 5 minutes that white mark covering 2/3 of that window will wash right off

“I made a visit to the Ruby Tuesday in Lake CityFlorida on commerce drive. The service was excellence my waitress Dana had the best personality in a waitress I have seen in years. She was very attentive to all my needs sbd never let me drink get below half full. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a pick me up in there day after a long travel to make it a point to stop in Lake City and ask for Dana. She is top notch h 5 stars all the way!

“I normally don't eat at restaurants any more but decided to dine at the Ruby Tuesday in Dallas GA after work yesterday to prepare for my blood donation today. I ordered a 6oz ribeye, baked potato, sauteed zucchini and salad bar. The steak was okay but a little undercooked and very thin. The baked potato was very small and was not fresh at all. The potato looked and tasted like it was at least a day old. It was hard and starchy. not fluffy like a fresh potato should be. The zucchini was okay but lacked flavor. The salad bar was okay but the lettuce could have been fresher but was edible. The server was very nice so I did tip her 22% because I know it's not her fault the way the food came out. They also need to invest in some new silverware. The knife was not very sharp and the forks would not pick up the salad very well. The meal was a little over $32 not including the tip. I could have prepared the same meal and made it taste so much better, no offense. I used to work for Ruby Tuesday many years ago. The menu has completely changed since then but I do remember the food was very good back then. What happened to good quality food in restaurants? It was definitely not found last night at this Ruby Tuesday's. Very disappointed.”
“Ordered carryout for after church last Sunday
3-23-25. Tried about 8 times to call store to receive food no answer. Went in asked for manager never came to talk to me plus workers were standing there talking never asked what I needed had to stop a kitchen worker coming out the door to find manager. After 5 minutes went back out to car to keep calling. Literally called over an hour with no answer even after I went home. 2 1/2 hours later the manager called & apologized profusely and offered to bring me my order. But I had already eaten by then so just told him I wanted my $$ refunded to my account as it was an online order. Monday 3-30-25 still waiting on my money!!!! Will never ever return to Ruby Tuesday in Harriman Tennessee”

“We had Alex this afternoon he was very rude to our party. He would not answer any of our questions. I tried to ask if my drink was a root beer he did not hear me.i wanted a coke it had an after taste. The salad bar was totally empty.”
