“We are eating at the Ruby Tuesday in Saraland. The food is a 5 out of 5, even there glutten free hamburgers. Their steaks, and seafood is also good. The manager, Bruce, is amazing. I eat here frequently. I see him doing every job in the restaurant. He is professional, personal, very good personality, and ALWAYS makes sure that each person has a good experience to make one want to come again.
Also, check out the best salad bar in the city, as Janie and Bruce keep everything fresh and clean.

“Just ate in Rockledge Fl and we love and visit Ruby Tuesday often.
The problem is every time we been lately the salad is disgustingly a mess. Tonight the employees that were coming out to restock were pouring new on top of the old. I spoke with the manager and he said he would address it. Not sure we will go back now. Waitress was good we didn’t say anything to her.”

“Food was fantastic & our bartender Trish was awesome very friendly & kind & attentive even though she was quite busy attending tables & us and few others at the bar I seen one other employee sitting in a booth on her phone with a gentleman that may have been a manager I’m not sure! We got our drinks & appetizer fast had a little wait on main dish but it was hot & good will definitely stop in see Trish again when we are back in Elizabethtown”
“I was in Lexington va for a very bad family situation. We ate dinner on Thanksgiving there the waitress was awsome and very attentive. Our appetizer was extremely small for the price . Our food came after 2 bites I realized my chicken was raw in the middle. The waitress was very apologetic. It took about 15 minutes to get a new plate of food while my girlfriends food got cold waiting to eat together. The manager came by and said they used a thermometer on the chicken and it read done . She wasn't very unprofessional about the situation. Not that I wanted anything but was not offered anything off the meal,not even a free drink or anything. The waitress would make a much better manager than her.”
“Our pre thanksgiving dinner at Ruby Tuesday on Virginia Avenue in East Point, GA with my 15 year old daughter. Our food was good and fresh.
But Marcus, our server is the winner today. He treated my daughter like the guest she was and focused on her when she placed her order m. However, he confirmed both orders with me before proceeding. Btw, had five booths and several to-go orders customers and didn’t miss a beat. We will request Marcus.”
“Why is the general manager taking food out of server's mouths he cuts the servers and then takes the tables himself and I overheard them talking about a guy named Ken taking one of the servers positions the servers make $4 an hour why is the general manager taking tables does he make $4 an hour isn't that why the servers are there to put food on their tables and pay their bills why are they being cut when that's why they're there to make money the store was busy the whole bar area was full and started spilling over to the dining room one server was talking about this Ken character getting her table and making $200 why didn't she get to make that $200. From 11:00 to 4:00 on Saturday the general manager takes all the tables and there's no servers there how fair is that and why is this happening I wouldn't want to work for this place terrible terrible work ethic you guys should be ashamed of yourselves no wonder you can't get good help no wonder all the Ruby Tuesdays have closed”
