We visited Ruby Tuesday's on February 16, 2025 at about 8:00 p.m. Cooper was the host, and he did absolutely excellent job, very friendly, let us choose our table and polite. All the while bussing tables and always working. Our server Olivia also did a spectacular job making sure our dining experience was awesome. She checked back with us often to make sure all our needs were met. Jeff, the manager also stopped by our table to make sure everything was going great. We visit Ruby Tuesday in Big Rapids, Michigan often and we always can count on great food and exceptional service. Please appreciate these employees as we do. Gary and Char
