I wanted a new Boiler & decided to go for a Worcester, I found Rudkin & Herbert by searching for a approved installer. When Mr Herbert came to survey my house I found him to be very professional & answered all my questions. He Advised the best boiler for my house to give me maximum water pressure & efficiency. A detailed quote arrived the next day by post & followed by a email. I called the office & was give a date for just over 2 weeks later. Just after 8am the Boiler & parts was delivered by a supplier & 8.30 prompt Heating engineer Jack arrived to start the job followed by another heating engineer sorry I have forgotten his name. The guys were clean, tidy, polite & very nice. We have experienced unpleasant tradesman in the past & these guys were a pleasure to have in the house.
