I ordered some rugs off them, spent 2 months waiting for them to arrive even thought their site says everything should get to you in 4 weeks or less. I chased them on this a few times and kept getting told that it would get shipped out soon. Once the items did arrive, the colours were off in some areas. If you choose to buy from here, make sure you go and read the refund policy. If something is not able to be refunded it should be clearly listed under every item - I should not have to go and look for such important information. Whilst I appreciate this is a small business, I have ordered off of many other small businesses where, if an item is unable to be refunded, it is very clearly listed in the description. Their site says that it’s free shipping but I had to pay 2 different shipping costs and when I mentioned this to them in an email they didn’t even respond to it and just said they will not refund anything.
