“I ordered some rugs off them, spent 2 months waiting for them to arrive even thought their site says everything should get to you in 4 weeks or less. I chased them on this a few times and kept getting told that it would get shipped out soon. Once the items did arrive, the colours were off in some areas. If you choose to buy from here, make sure you go and read the refund policy. If something is not able to be refunded it should be clearly listed under every item - I should not have to go and look for such important information. Whilst I appreciate this is a small business, I have ordered off of many other small businesses where, if an item is unable to be refunded, it is very clearly listed in the description. Their site says that it’s free shipping but I had to pay 2 different shipping costs and when I mentioned this to them in an email they didn’t even respond to it and just said they will not refund anything.”

“Its a scam. It's been almost two months and they just say sorry for the wait. They sent me a tracking number over a week ago and it says no package. It's not worth dealing with these guys. Complete garbage”

“Been 6 weeks. Still have not received my order or responses when inquiring about my order. Supposed to be a Christmas gift. Christmas is tomorrow and I still have no idea of I'm going to ever receive this order of 3 tapestries.”

“We had an oriental rug, not expensive but nice. Over the years our pets have consumed the end fringe and rounded one of the corners. After talking to Meg, we elected to remove the tattered fringe and bind the edges. The result was like a new rug. We are thrilled at the incredible results. Rug Depot will be included in any future carpet decisions.”

“I recently bought a 4x6 wool rug to match one that we already had and although it was not in stock at the time of purchase, Jeanie did all she could to be sure we had it before the holidays. She was easy to work with, communication was excellent and they followed through to be sure we had our rug as soon as was possible. I highly recommend purchasing from Rug Depot for both price and customer service!”

“I received my stair treads quickly. Thank you. I purchased the treads as a safety measure for my wife who thought the steps were too slippery. And safety is good, but I prefer to think of the treads as Art on the stairs. Thank you for everything”
