I wanted to love my rug but had to return. It arrived with corner damaged. But it was so thinyou could see the underneath thru the color of the top. When I brought I to their attention they acted like the corner wasn’t a big deal and thought I just didn’t like the rug. I purchased the rug new and expected no flaws or damages.
The manufacturer thankfully gladly excepted the return
