Chat never would answer even though Andrea Barnett kept popping up. The discount code that was sent to me never would apply to the cart. I am asking that my discount be applied and that portion refunded. You had sent a 10 percent off code. After spending over an hour trying to call your company and trying to get someone to get an agent to answer I once again went in to try the discount code and hit the buy now button vs the apply coupon button.
