I purchased a Safavieh Blossoms Rug in December 2020 and the fringe is coming off in clumps after less than 90 days of use. Rugsavings.com is sticking to their 30 day return policy and refusing to allow me to return the rug. I understand their policy if I didn't like the rug, but the product is defective and I think they should have done more to find a resolution.
