Last season I was told that I can keep my order in place for a rug that was out of stock. I would get the rug at the beginning of the next season, which is now. When I didn't hear anything I call and was told that I canceled the order last year, which obviously I did not. Bad business, bad service. The only reason I'm ordering is because I need this rug to match the 2 other rugs I purchased from you guys but this will be my last purchase.
