It's been 2 days that I am trying to reach customer service and no answer. I also left a message and in return I get an e-mail offering me 5% discount on the next purchase. I appreciate that, but my message was regarding this purchase and it would have been nice to be able to at least acknowledge my request or at least mention that unfortunately you could not offer any discount or free shipping at this time.
