Great experience so far.... only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that: 1. there is no place to put comments... I tried using a discount code for a free rug pad (FREEPAD) that was supposed to be valid until 8/31, but it kept failing and I don't know why.... 2. The online agent said that the rug was back-ordered, but I get no indication of that on my end. That is the kind of information that goes into a purchasing decision and the customer should be made aware of ASAP in the process. She just so happened to mention it but if I didn't have another question.... 3. Your prices are a little higher than competitors... even with the discount (15%). I still went with you all because the other site was out of stock as well and I was hoping for the free rug pad as that and the 15% would pretty much even out your higher price.
