Horrible customer service. Placed an order for an item and the same item dropped in price a few days later. Contacted support about it and was told I would need to ship the entire rug back at my cost and repurchase to get the new price instead of just having the difference in price refunded to me like every other retailer on the planet. I was also told the rug was out of stock and would not arrive until February if I did this, even though the website reflected the item as in stock. Extremely unlikely that I (or anyone in my circle for that matter) will ever make another purchase.
