The price was amazing, and it was worth the wait. We ordered our rug months ago, and it just arrived about a week ago (due to COVID 19). Although it took a long time due to the National Pandemic, the company stayed in touch with us through email and even called to give us timely updates on the status of the order. Had they not done that, I'm not sure that we would have stuck it out. Thank you for your excellent customer service and wonderful product. We are highly satisfied with the end result!
