I first tried to buy a rug from you last year but at the time you were out of stock of the rug I wanted. I was impressed though with how you tried with phone calls to help me. So this year I had no hesitation in coming back to you for a rug for my conservatory and I am very pleased with it. Your customer care and service are excellent and your prices are good. The delivery was quick too. A very good company to deal with.
