Ordering and shipping with RugStudio was an easy and trouble free process. One of the color descriptions on the rug I ordered was slightly different than what it turned out to be (dusty pink is actually a light rust/coral), but it was very pretty and I was able to use it in another room of my house than what was originally intended. I would definitely order from them again.
