Great customer service! I ordered a Karastan rug and somehow it wasn't delivered. I called customer service and they reordered it for me quickly and it arrived just a few days later. It is a beautiful Karastan Persian Garden and looks great in the room. I highly recommend Rug Studio for your home rugs.
