I dealt with this gentleman today and must say he went above and beyond in my opinion helping me find a rug. I just can't say enough about that. Having worked with the public myself I know how quick people call to complain but don't take the time to acknowledge good professionalism. Please extend my sincere thanks to Morgan for a job well done, because of Morgan, Rugstudio now has a new customer.
