I called customer service to place my order because the sale price wasn’t registering for me online. The customer representative was very cordial and patient with me as I explained the problem. I don’t remember all the details now concerning the transaction but I was surprised that my rug arrived very quickly within the next couple days. I’m also very pleased with the quality of the rug and will definitely consider Rug Studio for future purchases.
