Becky answered my call. She was friendly and answered all of my questions. She needed to call the warehouse to check the availability of the rug I wanted as the stock was very low, possibly just one.
She called me back quickly. She explained the shipping process and also helped me order several rug pads. The delivery was also seamless. A very pleasant experience and I LOVE my rug.
