I found Rug Studio about a year ago and it's the only place I buy rugs from now. The customer service people are very responsive and helpful. It's great to be able to "buy" samples and then return them for a refund. I don't live near a good rug store now and can't imagine how I'd choose a rug on line without samples. The rugs I've purchased have arrived quickly and are well wrapped. We're very happy with our purchases and recommend Rug Studio.
