I have not purchased anything from them yet and have spent months looking. I have a very difficult combination of things the rug has to work with, and have been afraid to buy online, in spite of the wide variety of choice. In the local rug stores, prices are just too high. So while inquiring about a rug in the online chat, they kindly volunteered to help me find something that would work. I've sent them photos and they will get back to me in a few days. This is such a great help, along with the reviews from other happy customers, it will make me much more comfortable buying online.
