Initially I cancelled my order after placing it a few minutes earlier. I thought I had been contacted by a third party after the purchase (Norton's). This morning I spoke with Jody from Customer Service, who was extremely helpful. She explained that Norton's offers price protection as well a guarantee of sorts on the rug itself. She further explained that it is absolutely free. After the excellent customer service I received from Jody, I will be replacing my order.
